Present:\u00a0 Becky Hochuli, Ellen Ficurilli, Paul Hochuli, Angie Logue, MaryEllen Decker, \u00a0 Deb Stever\u00a0 Absent: Bridget Davis<\/p>\n

The 94rd<\/sup> annual meeting of the Deposit Free Library Board of Trustees was held on January 16, 2023 at the library.\u00a0 The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m. by President Becky Hochuli.\u00a0 The minutes of the January 18, 2022\u00a0 annual meeting were reviewed and accepted.<\/p>\n

TREASURER\u2019S REPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual treasurer\u2019s report was given by Paul Hochuli.\u00a0 Annual financial reports were reviewed and accepted as presented.<\/p>\n

The proposed budget for 2023 was reviewed and accepted.<\/p>\n

A motion was made by MaryEllen Decker and seconded by Paul Hochuli to accept the proposed budget for 2023.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Motion carried.<\/p>\n

LIBRARY MANAGER\u2019S REPORT<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual library manager\u2019s report was presented by Deb Stever.\u00a0 It was reviewed and accepted.<\/p>\n

TRUSTEES<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Trustee terms of office for Paul Hochuli and Ellen Ficurilli expired on 12\/31\/22.<\/p>\n

A motion was made by Becky Hochuli and seconded by MaryEllen Decker to elect Paul Hochuli and Ellen Ficurilli\u00a0 to five year terms as Library Board Trustees 2023-2028.<\/p>\n

Motion carried.<\/p>\n
