Old Business
- Computer replacement: Deb has suggested that we purchase Windows Office for the new computers because the free Libre Office does not interface with many of the patrons’ documents.
- Grants: We received funds form the two grants submitted for the bookcase project. Deposit’s Closet granted us $1,000. The Axtell Foundation granted us $500.
- Staffing: The resignation of clerk Nicole Dilello was read and accepted with regret. This resignation became effective on May 31, 2022. Deb has suggested rehiring former clerk Kaitlyn Bellettini with flexible hours. The board approved this decision. Cassie will work on Tuesday nights. Kaitlyn will work on Wednesday nights, as well as other hours to be determined by Deb.
New Business: Lumberjack Book Sale: The schedule for set-up, selling, and tear down was discussed. Deb and Becky will work on recruiting volunteers to help.
Meeting adjourned: 4:55 p.m.
