Deposit Free Library Annual Meeting
January 16, 2023
Present: Becky Hochuli, Ellen Ficurilli, Paul Hochuli, Angie Logue, MaryEllen Decker, Deb Stever Absent: Bridget Davis
The 94rd annual meeting of the Deposit Free Library Board of Trustees was held on January 16, 2023 at the library. The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m. by President Becky Hochuli. The minutes of the January 18, 2022 annual meeting were reviewed and accepted.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The annual treasurer’s report was given by Paul Hochuli. Annual financial reports were reviewed and accepted as presented.
The proposed budget for 2023 was reviewed and accepted.
A motion was made by MaryEllen Decker and seconded by Paul Hochuli to accept the proposed budget for 2023. Motion carried.
LIBRARY MANAGER’S REPORT
The annual library manager’s report was presented by Deb Stever. It was reviewed and accepted.
TRUSTEES
Trustee terms of office for Paul Hochuli and Ellen Ficurilli expired on 12/31/22.
A motion was made by Becky Hochuli and seconded by MaryEllen Decker to elect Paul Hochuli and Ellen Ficurilli to five year terms as Library Board Trustees 2023-2028.
Motion carried.
